Easily setup and works well; very intuitive to understand. Excellent documentation and easy to install and deploy for new users. As someone who uses both Windows and Mac computers, the installation experience is also excellent, and both operating systems work seamlessly. The interface is elegant and functional. All the technical support has been exceptional. Very few bugs encountered thus far in over a month of use. Great product! Highly recommended.



MaintainX was very easy to start using after we signed up. Our team found the learning curve to be quite low, and we didn't have any problems picking up the basics once we understood MaintainX's processes. One of the features that stood out for me though was the ability to easily create forms and set reminders, all without coding; however, there are a few things I miss on our version of MaintainX. First off, when exporting Excel files for editing outside of MaintainX, the links sent across break down, forcing you into editing them manually on your computer. Not the biggest deal since it's quick, but annoying nonetheless. Secondly, while MaintainX is free for small groups and individuals, it seems $9 per month and $11 a user per seat is too high of an initial price point for larger organizations looking to deploy MaintainX. The second issue is slightly more critical since it limits the number of users to 10. However, these two issues aren’t enough to deter us from recommending MaintainX to others.





I'm currently using MaintainX to manage our team's workflow. Initially when creating user accounts I had issues logging into the app due to my account being locked out, and it took 4 days before Apple unlocked my login screen to finally log me in after resetting my password. Not ideal since our main focus right now is saving hours of lost productivity caused by needing to go down to the local office. However once logged in, the software itself feels easy enough to use without feeling overwhelming or taking too much time out of operations' daily routines. Plus the customer support is fantastic!

Easy to get started and simple to understand the benefits of using the app, although the setup was a little too complicated at first for me - had to install another program before being able to launch our new instance of the app, however once installed, it works a treat. After installation, I set up two accounts and assigned permissions. Once done, I imported my files into the FRMs database. Now we can edit, upload and delete files without needing to run across to the network drive each time, we just add/remove tasks and save. This makes life much easier when managing staff workloads and ensures they never lose a file again. We also received timely replies to queries we needed answered regarding setting up the app and even had someone from the team come over to our office while she was visiting Scotland with her husband! Would definitely recommend.
