Check the dimensions first!

This arm looks good but could use more documentation before buying. I needed a set of grips to replace an existing set, so I needed a set with a matching hole pattern. Since the dimensions weren't given, I assumed they should be standardized, but they aren't. My door has a clearance hole for the bottom of the outside handle that is 10" from the center of the latch; This model requires an 11 inch hole. Attached is a snapshot of the "Check Sizes" step (shouldn't this be on the box or at least on the kwikset website prior to purchase?). Note. I later found out that Schlage grips have an adjustable through hole.
