i do like this can opener. It is very easy to use. Just put it on the top of the can and push the button. It adhears to the can and starts cutting. I will add that it does take a 2-3 passes depending on the can. But this isn't too much of an issue for me. I can let do other things while the can opener is doing it's thing.I love that it cuts from the side and not the top. This makes it easy to lift the top off of the can without sharp edges. It does have a magnet to help lift the top of the can off once opened. Well, since it cuts from the side, it can be a little hard to pull the top off. So, this feature doesn't always work. Not because of the can opener itself though. This is the only downfall of using any can opener that cuts from the side.Even though this can opener does take longer to open cans than manual ones, I like using it better. I have carpal tunnel and it can be hard to twist a can opener at times.
