Restaurant quality and ease of use
Perfect storage container for a five pound sack of flour. The square shape makes it easy to dip the measuring cup in to get just the right amount of flour. The lid has a good hold. I've seen this size reviewed and recommended by America's Test Kitchen. I bought two packs of this size and two 4 quart sugar cans which can hold 4 pound sacks just fine. good value These are restaurant quality items that should last for years.
