The best pillow I've ever had. Yes, it smells initially, but air it out for a few days and the smell will go away. This is great for sleeping on your back or side and makes my neck look great. You can give it the right thickness for back or side sleeping. I've had issues with regular pillows for years and have tried Tempurpedic pillows of various sizes and thicknesses but never found one I liked. I have tried other types of neck pillows but never found the right one. Since using this pillow a few months ago, I've been sleeping much better and no longer have neck problems. I bought a second one as a spare after reading some reviews that the pillow didn't hold up well, but so far I haven't had any issues with that and honestly don't expect it. Maybe someone just got a broken unit, but now I have two and neither is broken.
