I like that it allows me to create my own estimate templates which save time in creating new ones everytime we need them! It also gives us all of our information at once instead of having multiple spreadsheets with info from different sources so if something changes or gets lost its easier than trying figure out what needs changed where when you have several accounts/customers involved.
Sometimes there are some issues getting data into this program but thats because they make updates less often then others do (usually yearly). The best thing about printers plan is being able get everything together quickly without doing alot of work manually - saves tons off paper & labor costs!!
