I only have four components for this remote and the programming was pretty easy, tedious but easy. It works great and looks good, but it's quite bulky. On the plus side, I've programmed it so I don't have to keep switching between remote functions to control different components. Also, it will be easier for friends to control the remote control. Second, there is a button for each function that I use frequently. Finally it really gets rid of a lot of clutter in the remote control. The biggest obvious problem is that you can't feel the buttons. this makes it difficult for lazy people like me to use the remote control. Second, the size makes it difficult to hold the remote while lying down. I didn't notice any other flaws mentioned by other reviewers. This may be because I don't use that many components or because I've only had it for a short time. Overall, I recommend this controller because it's functional, cool to look at, and worth the price if you buy it. on-line.
