Disappointing carving knife for Home and Kitchen
This carving knife was a letdown. While the blade looked impressive, it failed to live up to EXPECTATIONS when put to use. The blade dulled quickly and struggled to cut through tougher meats. However, the handle was comfortable to grip. Overall, I would not recommend this product for serious home cooks or kitchen professionals. .
