As for the professional response from the company, it would have gotten five stars. The product was packaged very well and delivery was quite quick. The cost was low enough that no one would be seriously injured. However, I found the product really bad. So bad that I threw 11 out of 12 sheets in the trash, completely untouched. They are so thin that they are practically unusable as "scratch" carriers. I ended up making my own scratch board by applying two coats of dry clay to the plywood, sanding it smooth and painting it black. It worked great. But it's a lot of work.
