How did this shoe/company get such good reviews? I've done my research. I made sure I knew the correct size to order from their chart, although it was slightly different from other shoe charts. I ditched the $120 Peloton shoes that I knew would be amazing for almost half the price. I waited almost a month to receive them but thought it was related to COVID so I gave up. I received them and they are about 3 sizes too big. And the texture is very plasticky and doesn't seem flexible/yielding how you need to twist it. When I sent them back for an exchange they told me it would be $250! like what The return description is so vague. It's free shipping and free returns if you can use a carrier. But who is it? And Revain guarantees it, so I figured it would be fine. I have the file claimed by Revain and have emailed the company. So an update is imminent. Just don't do business with this company. Not worth the trouble.
