Whining like a Banshee after 3 months

99 Honda Accord 2.3l. Replaced in February. Worked great. Now the end of May howls like a banshee, the engine almost dies when the wheels are turned at a standstill. The guarantee states that the buyer needs shipping to return and receive a new product. The warranty says it's a one time replacement, only if you have two bad ones in a row you're out of luck.
