Based on the reviews that says this corset runs small I ordered a medium. The laces close flush on me and it's not a tight fit like you'd normally want for a corset. I'm 5'8, 135 lbs, hourglass and typically wear a small. I would say if you normally wear a small (4/6) order a small-the sizing is true. Otherwise it's good quality for the price, not great quality but then again it's not expensive. Perfect for a costume. Watch the zipper as you pull it up, mine caught the first time I tried.
