Review on 🔮 Enhanced MB Vibe 3-Speed Vibrating Massage Ball for TriggerPoint Therapy by Balakrishna Tam

I suffer from sciatic pain to the point where I sometimes can't walk at all, and only short distances when I can. I've tried everything from acupuncture, painkillers to back stretchers (which was a bad idea) and still haven't felt any relief. Day! We were preparing for volunteer work, which involved a lot of walking. She said at least try. I placed it on the second tier and right over the nerve (not where the pain was) and the pain was gone instantly! I only held it for about a minute and there was no pain for at least an hour. I ordered my own that same evening. I use it before walking or when it just gets too sore for no apparent reason like it often does with sciatica. I find it more helpful after stretching than before. Not sure why that is. Either way, it works. And it's the only thing that has worked since launching about 6 months ago. There are cheaper ones on the Revain but for the money and performance I am very happy with this purchase.
