Doesn't Display 4k: HDMI Cable

This cable blocks my PC and laptop up to 1080p60 on 2 different displays. 4k does not exist with these cables. Edit: These cables are poorly made and I should have asked for a refund if I could. First, they clearly lied that they can use 4K 60Hz since these cables only support 4K 30Hz. Plugs break inside devices when pulled out. I will never skimp on HDMI again. how this product got good reviews i don't know.
