Review on HFS TYPE V BLOCK CLAMP SET by Ramon Hood

I don't usually leave negative comments. I rarely have reason to complain about shopping at Revain. But I do have a complaint about the handling of the clamp assemblies that come with my Vee units. In the first picture you can see that the outer surface has been ground down to the point where only a thin sheet of material remains between the mounting screw hole and the outer edge of the clamp. There is a clamp screw sticking out in one of the holes. The second photo shows how non-standard the clamps are placed above the V-block. I hope the manufacturer sees this review and sends a new set of clips. Quick update: I contacted Revain customer service via online chat and was promised a set of replacement clamps. I asked to be drilled and off the ground so I could do this. I will update again when a replacement arrives.
