Their process was easy to understand (and follow) from beginning until completion of our logo project in early 2018! We were very pleased with their communication throughout this entire experience - they kept us apprised at every step along way as we worked together toward creating something truly unique for ourselves!! Highly recommended. I have no complaints about my interaction overall or during any particular phase within these two months working side-by.-side developing an initial branding concept & final look/design elements which would define "MATCHSTIC" across all facets including website design + development / social media marketing campaigns etc.. They are highly professional but also get your needs met without being overly formal nor coldly impersonal like other agencies seem sometimes when you're not speaking directly into each others' ears :) Just go ahead and trust them fully - nothing bad will come out of it ;) Our partnership continued even after signing contract documents due diligence stage by delivering what promised upon delivery.
