Recently had to buy a new PSP after my 1k series finally died (several years with one, never had a problem until now). It's only after buying a brand new 3k series that I realize that the plug on my old headphone is too big for the new console. Came here and bought one advertised to work with both 2k/3k models (package says it only works with 2k, works great with my 3k). To be honest, the key layout could be better and takes some getting used to after using the older models for so long. The volume controls are now on the top and bottom of the remote rather than the front of the remote, and the forward/back buttons are where the volume control used to be and the entire center button is used for pause/play. It's all packed into a much smaller package, resulting in me fumbling with the controls, constantly turning the volume down, or jumping forward to try and do the exact opposite. Headphones work fine, no issues, but I'd like a large remote with buttons, which I'm used to again, but still works for my new console.
