Review on Prebiotic & Probiotic Nulo Functional Granola Bars Dog Treats, Oven Baked, No Added Salt, Sugar Or Molasses - 10 Oz Bag by Lori Gallegos

Revainrating 5 out of 5

My dogs love them and they smell good enough for people to eat!

I ordered these Nulo Functional Granola Dog Treats in the "Digestion" variety, which is a "Pumpkin & Banana" flavor with probiotics. They smell amazing - good enough for people to eat! My husband actually took a tiny nibble and said they taste like a "very dry, less-sweet peanut butter cookie"!The ingredients are simple: Rolled Oats, Honey, Oat Flour, Peanut Butter, Dried Blueberries, Coconut Oil, Dried Pumpkin, Dries Banana, Vanilla Extract, Cinnamon, Inulin, Dried Bacillus coagulants Fermentation Product, Mixed Tocopherols (as preservative), Rosemary Extract. The dried blueberries look a little bit like raisins (which are toxic to dogs) and gave me a slight panic the first time I fed them until I double-checked the ingredients and realized they were blueberries. The treats are rectangular-shaped, and maybe a little large for very small dogs. The feeding instructions say to break them into smaller pieces for smaller dogs and puppies . They're the perfect size for my 30-pound Heeler mix and 40-pound White Shepherd mix, and there is a calorie content per treat listed on the back of the bag so you can keep track! Most importantly, both my dogs LOVE these and snarf them eagerly down without hesitation! 5 stars from me & from the dogs!
