Bought based on price and reviews. The packaging was damaged but all the parts were there. Installation was very easy. The screws were more than long enough for my attachment to my carry-on tag. This was achieved with dual pins. This was a pleasant surprise as the description stated it would be a single pen. Well that's all good I can say. now let's go into the details here. I wanted a swivel jack that would allow me to open the back door of the truck without hitting the original jack. This solves this problem. I wanted the wheel to allow me to maneuver the trailer more easily, but that's not always the best option. It's imperative to secure the wheels to ensure they don't roll if you don't want them to. It spins, but you have to make sure you don't lower it or over-tighten the handle or it will stop spinning. The fasteners are as expected, the screws are very long and I will end up cutting them off or replacing them with grade 8 screws. It is securely fastened with the hardware included in the kit. The handle was bent inward and hit the handle with the double release pin. I had to manipulate it to release the grip. Once I raised it to its maximum height I noticed a lot of flex (see picture). He was very shaky and moved a lot in all directions. It doesn't seem safe and I don't think it will last. I applied marine grade lube to the wheel axle in hopes it would stand the test of time and weather. All in all, this is a pretty crappy swivel jack, wobbly, loose, quirky, but. cheap. At some point I'll consider switching to a better one, I hope I don't have to because it didn't work out. If you're looking for a quick cheap solution you've found it, if you use your trailer a lot like me and need good quality keep looking, it's not.
