After having issues with my surgical steel jewelry, I ordered two pairs (3/4) and (5/8). After a day or two of switching my jewelry out, there’s literally no more soreness, fluids or redness! So happy I found these! The only issue I have is the 3/4 pair said to come with 6mm balls, while the 5/8’s balls came in 5mm. Slightly disappointed they’re the same size, hence the 4 stars.
