It has been very easy to get set up in order to have it working as desired. The support team at delta xe are fantastic - they really go above and beyond helping us understand our needs and getting them implemented quickly! We did not realise we needed a licence but after asking that question from them they got one sorted straight away. They also helped us configure some of the more advanced features like risk management which was great. I would say there wasn't anything I disliked about using delta XE other than perhaps you do need a license if you don't know what you're doing (which could make sense). If you already have experience setting up your own system then you'll likely be fine without needing to take help from delta xe first time round. Our main requirement was being able to keep track of multiple customers within one system so we've ended up creating different profiles to suit each customer.
