It's very easy to use, it has many different features like Google maps or even Facebook map with geolocation so you can see where your customers are located right now! I have used this tool for my local business (Restaurant) but also other businesses around me when they want some new clients from their web page since we're always looking at our website analytics of which pages get more traffic etc., We've found out there were problems getting people into restaurants during off hours times as well if its not open yet - just look up what days/hours would be best before opening themselfs :) The location feature works fantastic too help us find potential prospects close by while having an idea about how far away those places will take longer than expected because lets face; driving all over town isn't fun ;).
