First of all it's a good stand and the swivel joint makes things a lot easier. The reason for the average recall is that the included hardware didn't work and I had to use different screws for the wall anchors because the heads of the included screws didn't fit through the holes. The dowels that came with it would have been fine if I hadn't realized that the screw heads that came with them were too big before I put them in (and twisting the dowel and screw loosens it). Also, all of the M6's hardware was packaged in the box, but I was able to account for all the parts that came with it. M6 bolts and cage nuts are not enough to install more than one patch panel. So keep that in mind and get some extras if that's not all you need (it's 4U so it would be nice to have enough for all the holes but without deducting a star for that as mentioned). This stand also doesn't have any cable management tabs or holes that I could see when I bought it, but that's also something to consider when comparing (I was cheap).
