I like how easily you can set up your system to fit what is needed for each of our business units/departments within my organization- it's easy! You have so many different options when creating reports; sometimes this makes things easier but other times not as much info comes out depending upon which option one chooses. Sometimes there are some minor errors with formatting (elements overlap). This has never been an issue or concern though because they make great customer service reps who go above & beyond at resolving any issues very quickly!! We use their Payroll software along side Sage X3 accounting program - everything works together seamlessly.- benefits administration through Aon Hewitt via EFTPA access from all levels throughout departmental offices without having multiple logins required by every individual user.
