The ability is that of being able to send emails from anywhere! And you don't need a device (computer/laptop etc.) that's constantly connected via internet connection to be able to use it - just log-in when required. Some people may think - "This is too expensive for me", but if your organisation has enough budget this service is worth using. I can email my co workers who are not around at their computers all the time. It also allows sending files quickly without much hassle and saves costs with less paper consumption. This software should not cost so high compared to its benefits. I love how easy it is for me to use aggregator with my team! It has been so helpful in managing our content and keeping track of what needs attention first thing when we get into work each morning. The only downside that I can think about at this time is the price point could be better (I understand they are still trying out new pricing models). But overall great product! This tool helps manage all of our writing efforts while also helping keep everyone up-to-date as well.
