If you want to stay REALLY warm, you can’t beat real fur. I was concerned this wouldn’t be real fur or would be shabby fur, which would speak to poor treatment of the animal, but it’s neither of those. It’s thick, warm fur that withstood a -20 degree night not including the windchill. The fur is not in the very top of the inside, so your head can breathe without being exposed to the elements, but is in the back and sides to cover around your head. The inside top is a comfortable quilted material. Very comfortable, very warm. Overall great purchase!
