The TESmart KVM Switch is smaller than it looks in the photos. It has rubber feet that grip the table and it has a nice slim profile. Very easy to use: Literally one button to toggle between device 1 and device 2. Comes with cables with USB and HDMI wrapped together in the same outer insulation, which means much less cable clutter than separate cables. I use it to share a wireless keyboard, wireless mouse and high-resolution monitor between a tower computer and a laptop. The keyboard and mouse are Logitech and use a "unified" button. This KVM switch has emulator USB ports for keyboard and mouse, but to be able to use all keyboard functions (volume buttons, etc.) I had to plug the dongle into a third USB port - works great. And it has a feature that spoofs devices. Guess the monitor is still there even if you switch to another device. Everything around works exactly as you hoped, better than expected.
