I am ordering this skirt for the second time. I placed my first order in two colors last year, one was the same black and the other was vanilla. I loved them and relied on them both for all my official events. I needed a new black so I placed this order. I am a petite woman with a size 5.1 and the skirt is ankle length with a very long small neckline at the back making it very sexy yet formal. The material is plain crepe "doesn't stretch" and the skirt is lined. I will keep ordering this skirt while it lasts.
