They are easy to install but I ordered 3 of these and 1 of them had a carabiner connector which allowed the light to be hung on the bracket whilst the cables were connected. . This allowed one person to complete the installation. The other two didn't have that connector so my son had to leave it on while it was plugged in. A bathroom I put them in had a 6ft mirror so I hung two of them over it. I have 1 trick I learned during installation. When leveling the mount, place the spirit level on the two studs protruding from the mount, not on the top of the mount. When you do this, no matter your wall is uneven or your mounting screws, the light surface will adjust perfectly. It's against all instinct to do it, but do it anyway. I had to take one of them off and make it look right and when I did it came out perfect. The comments from other reviewers saying the light was crooked - out of the 12 we had - were all perfect.
