My experience with this online business was not even close to being pleasant, despite the fact that LORDEAR may give the impression that it is a one-stop shop for all of your home remodeling requirements. Despite the fact that they provide a broad variety of products, the website seems to be overly congested and is difficult to explore. Finding the things I was looking for was difficult, and the search tool did not provide any assistance to me in my endeavors. In addition, the pricing were not competitive, and I discovered that many of the products were priced excessively high in comparison to the rates offered by other online retailers. My item arrived much later than I had anticipated, and the shipping process was tedious and unpleasant. The offer of free delivery on orders over $50 was also deceptive because it took longer than intended to obtain my order. Another area that fell short was customer service. My request for assistance with my order was met with a very slow response time, and the agent who I spoke with was not very helpful in finding a solution to the problem that I was having. The overall quality of my time spent with LORDEAR did not meet my expectations. Because I am an experienced user of internet businesses to meet my demands for home repair, I expected them to provide a more pleasant purchasing experience. This particular online store is not one that I would suggest to other people, and going forward, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
