I bought two of these dust mops for cleaning a small business with delicate floors. I loved the idea of cutting down the amount of cleaning supplies in our small utility closet so I invested in wet mop and broom attachments as well. I felt confident in doing so because of the advertised lifetime warranty. The large surface area of this mop is great, but I was particularly interested in the the ability to machine wash the heads. There is no point using a dirty mop to try to clean your floors. I made the mistake of putting this in wash without checking to see if the velcro strips were attached together (which I shouldn't have to do anyway). When I pulled it out of the washing machine the velcro was stuck to the surrounding fabric and created a hole when I pulled it off. I e-mailed Swopt about the lifetime warranty and never received any response. If you buy this product be extremely careful with the velcro when you wash it. Very disappointed in the customer service.
