Crack and leak in less than a week

I've always used a torque wrench and metal washers, wanted to try this one and noticed a leak in my driveway after less than a week of oil changes. With this problem, metal is cheaper and more reliable. Eliminates the hassle of replacing the gasket with new oil in the car.
