Easy management of our CRM system as well as other applications we use daily with all in one tool! No need to log into each application separately or have multiple programs open at once anymore which makes life easier when running business meetings online over conference calls etcetc.

The software could be faster however its usually not an issue because it does what I want without me doing anything extra. If something isn't working properly right away there are plenty support options available so they can help fix any issues that may arise down the road. Great integration between apps such as Salesforce along others within this suite but also outside of these if needed!
