There are flaws, but overall a good product.
The base of the adapter is not flat so it spreads out in the middle along the seam during installation. This will result in the battery adapter not accommodating the batteries properly. Holds up pretty well, but this can cause them to fall out. Overall this is a great product and does what I need it to do but I would look elsewhere for my next purchase. I bought a Makita to build for someone else and it was absolutely perfect in fit and finish.
