The best thing about leadmanager is that it allows you to manage multiple leads at once, so if there are more than one client I can handle them all in my inbox without having to switch between folders or tabs! You have to be very organized when using this platform because otherwise your emails will get lost amongst other messages as they come into their own folder/tabs. If you organize yourself well then everything runs smoothly but sometimes things do go wrong with emailing out information from different clients which makes me lose track of what needs doing next for each customer. For example, sending an invoice after creating sales quotes; also getting feedback back via phone calls etc. It's great to use this software during busy times where we're trying to keep up with our workload.
