Thank goodness there are 2! The first thing I tried was to use plastic parts that weren't completely cut out (which I didn't realize until I took the controller apart again and compared the replacement part to the original part). I spent 45 minutes plugging it into the controller thinking it was user error as I hadn't changed bumpers before. When I finally assembled the controller, the bumpers didn't work at all and the charging port was off-center. I took the controller apart again and found that the replacement bumper didn't look quite like the originals. The second replacement kit looked much closer to the original and I was able to assemble the controller in about 5 minutes with the second one and it works great. In terms of quality, the plastic material is not as durable as the original Xbox bumpers. I took it out. My original bumpers lasted me about 5 years. Time will tell with these new ones.
