I like that it allows me as an employer or recruiter access into all my applicants' profiles in one place very easily with just 1 click! It's also easy enough so new people can use without much training at first if they are already familiar using other software such us LinkedIn etc..

We've been able connect our candidates from different platforms (LinkedIn/Facebook) together which has helped reduce candidate data entry errors by having everything right there where we need them most - within their application profile itself!!
