Review on 🥊 Heavy Bag Spring for Ringside Training by Shawn Quick

I was ready to build an expensive indoor freestanding bag holder because my 100 pound water bag was rocking my entire shed. This spring stopped shaking and vibrating completely. I wrapped a piece of old bike inner tube and tape on each end of the spring for extra help but not sure I need it. My 100 lb bag only stretches the spring a little, which I think is right. I was afraid it would be too hard, but it's not. Worth every penny.
