With everything on lockdown I've been looking for interesting ways to teach kids while schools are closed. I created a menu with products and prices. You take orders (write) and add up the price, add it up at the end (multi-level decimal addition), and then calculate the tax and tip (multiply). It's a fun way to see mixed math in action. in a real application. It's also a great way to teach kids why they should be good at tipping when they grow up. ;) You get tons of pads, way more than we need for them, so we send them to other friends too.
