I have a really injured hammer toe. These sleeves fit over my hammer toe and can also stretch to fit my big toe. For the smallest digit they can be cut to size easily. I have bought many packages of another gel which were incredibly expensive, one toe cover for ten dollars? I lost many of them (hard to see when they fall on the carpet) and they also wore out quickly. These are a good buy and a good product they are not as bulky as the previous gels and I can wear my "heels" again comfortably. I highly recommend.
