Knee pad too hard; cushion too hot. But ergomically/adjustably perfect.

This is so close to perfect. I’ve been using as my only home office chair for 2 weeks and have had very heavy desk time.Adjustability is absolutely perfect. My back pain from chair time is gone.Knee/ shin pad is just too hard. I get up and move around every hour for sanity. I assumed I’d adjust to the shin pad after about a week. It is still too hard as a number of reviewers report. The "pad” has an indent from my shins after only two weeks.Also, the seat cushion is a bit hot. My tush feels sweaty (TMI) despite the house temp being cool enough that I need to wear a hoody.Not sure if I’m going to return it, but I am looking at others and looking carefully at shin and seat composition.
