Surprisingly accurate!
Dry-aged Whole Rib USDA Prime Beef (cut in two with Umai Dry Bags). I use a Brifit thermometer to monitor the temperature in my mini fridge with alarm to make sure it doesn't go above (or below) a food safe temperature. I also use it in combination with several combined hygro/thermometers and another standalone thermometer.
