later on this illuminated mirror, to insert the batteries you have to open the housing with a "slight twist", I couldn't. my husband couldn't. my brother-in-law couldn't. Everyone who entered our house tried to open this thing. no-go When I wrote to get help the only answer was "it's easy" they told me that twice. So I figured it would be easy to come back.
