I like that this is an all-inclusive package, so there are no extra charges for things you don't use or need (like voicemail). It's easy to set up your own messages as well! The customer support can be very slow at times but it usually gets back with me within 24 hours of my inquiry/request - which isn’t bad considering how busy they must get during peak business seasons!! Also love being able send out automated emails from our account without having someone in house every time we want something sent via email.
