The service was very reliable for me, so I never had an issue while using it. It has helped my business in many ways! There have been times where some of our writers were not available to complete their jobs but they always assured us about getting back to them ASAP. This really helps as we don't want one writer going off task without informing you or leaving your job incomplete because she/he ran out of time due to other responsibilities. Also, sometimes there are issues within scribes themselves which makes everything fail at once instead of giving all parties involved fair opportunities to rectify things. For example, if one person doesn't turn up late morning then others follow suit thus resulting in no work being done during those hours again causing frustration amongst clients who think this could be fixed easily since everyone knows what's happening. With Scribe Care however; everything works smoothly throughout.
