Good sized belt bag for running. It fits full size iPhone 11, ID card, keychain for my mileage. It held everything tight, didn't ride up, and didn't rattle when walking. The reflective details also helped with nighttime visibility, but I still attached a couple of small flashlights to the strap, which he held with ease. There is a hole to connect the headphone cable to the phone, but I didn't use it as I have wireless headphones, but it's a good option if you forgot to charge your headphones. There is an internal divider to separate your phone from other items inside. You can put a lot more stuff in it if you feel the need. It easily fits my full wallet, lip balm, and a few other small items, but I don't really want to carry more than I need. The strap is stretchy, good quality but doesn't support a hanging bottle or anything larger than the small LED lights I used. This is a good option if your running shorts don't have a back pocket or if you have to carry more things than they can hold. I love it and will continue to use it.
