So I made a conscious wait before writing this review. I've been pretty consistent in my training. I had a routine for about a year, but I got to a point where I wasn't making any progress or making a profit. I'm not a fitness freak. I go to the gym 3-4 days a week. My routine is mixed (base free weight, crossfit, powerlifting) and I thought I had peaked so I researched supplements to see if they would work. I have never taken anything until now. I've been looking for many things. I've read about a lot of stuff so I'd say it's not the only reason for where I am right now BUT I don't think it would be the same without it. I take magnesium, fish oil, Creapure tablets and whey protein powder. A month has passed and physically I have gotten much better and I have gained significant weight in all exercises. My bench press was the biggest jump from 175 x 5 for a difficult set to 205 x 5 for multiple sets. I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend it.
