Review on 🌬️ Enhanced Aprilaire 60 Humidistat with Blower Activation by Kimberly Thomas

After troubleshooting my existing Aprilaire 600 Whole Home Humidifier Humidifier Controller, I found that it stopped working (d inlet valve, no) Since it was an old controller I wanted to "upgrade" it to a digital model - hence the model 60. The unit came with a new outside temperature sensor which I also needed after I had checked the old one that was bad I also downloaded the installation guide and found that it also requires an external 24VAC transformer which is NOT INCLUDED (ordered from Revain) FIRST - If you don't know the basics of low voltage wiring then this is not for you!A 24V AC transformer requires 120V AC household power if you are not familiar with standard power AC 120V, DO NOT ATTEMPT to install this controller. It was a very simple setup. I like the digital display as well as the outside temperature sensor to set the "right amount of humidity" for indoor comfort. This winter you can look forward to a pleasant heating period with the right level of humidity in the house.
