Review on πŸ’† Stinger USA Massage Therapy Tool: Ultimate Pain Relief for Back, Neck, Shoulder by Dana Lynn

Not as good as a La Crosse ball

This ball comes with no instructions or explanation. I had to go back to the Revain list to watch a short video on how to use the ball and those few ideas didn't work as well as the La Cross ball. I have used La Cross pressure balls to get rid of knots in my sore shoulders, upper back and neck. When I use the La Cross Ball, I press it against the wall and roll it over the knots in my neck, shoulders, and back. If it hurts, I use the ball several times a day. Once I feel a sharp pain, I can usually treat it with pressure massage. I figured this ball might work as well and maybe be easier to position because it has a "leash" I can hold on to. . As it turned out, he wasn't that good: his groins and a stiff leash made it difficult for me to get the ball over a painful knot. What helps with pain isn't pressure in one spot, but the ability to move pressure over a larger area. The movement I can do with the La Crosse ball is similar to the way massage therapists move their arms; they don't just click in one place and then another; they move everywhere. I also didn't find hitting myself with either the ball or the leash helpful. The contact is too short and light compared to pressure massage, which I find helpful.
