I love that it's easy to use for marketing purposes! The support is also amazing at this point in time - we were able get all our questions answered quickly when needed during implementation phase with no issues whatsoever!! We had some initial challenges but their customer service was very helpful resolving those as well :) Great product overall so far though not too many downsides yet either (just need more training!). It has helped us collect emails faster than other tools out there which helps keep up my work load pace :).
